2008 Camp Fees

Fees include rooms (double occupancy for players), meals, study lists, a notebook filled with quiz bowl information, and hours of instruction and practice.

Important! All forms and fees are due by JUNE 2, 2008. Campers or coaches whose forms or fees are postmarked after June 2 will have to pay a $50 late fee.

T-Shirts
There is an additional $10 fee for a t-shirt, but this is optional.

Day Camper Fees
ACE camps accept off-campus, non-boarding campers and coaches for a fee of $300 per camper at SEMO and Milligan College camps ($125 for coaches). Day camper fees for Mount St. Mary's camp is $325 ($150 for coaches). This fee does include lunch and dinner. After June 2, day camper fees will be an additional $50.

Late Registration
For any camper registering after June 2, there will be an additional $50 fee. See fee chart.

Any camper's or coach's registration form postmarked after June 2 will be considered late.

Fee Due Dates
ALL CAMP FEES DUE BY JUNE 2, 2008, unless you are a late registrant. ACE will accept registrations as long as dorm facilities are available. Any fees unpaid by June 2 will be considered late registration and be billed at the late registration rate.

NO REFUND OF ANY FEES AFTER JUNE 2, 2008

Coaches
The coach's fee is $275 at SEMO and Milligan College camps. The coach's fee for Mount St. Mary's camp is $300. For any coach registering after June 2, there will be an additional $50 fee.

Required Deposit
Processing of the camp registration form requires a $100 non-refundable deposit to accompany registration. To download registration forms, click here.
