What to Bring: You will need to bring your own
a) sheets (single beds only)
b) pillow and pillow covering
c) towels and toiletry items
d) an alarm device of some sort
e) an umbrella
f) writing instruments (including highlighters)
g) notebook paper or spiral notebook
Also, dress is casual at camp functions. Shorts are the preferred dress as it is generally very hot in late July. There will be no barefoot or scantily-clad campers!
Check-In
Check-in will be in Bicentennial Hall. Park in Parking Lot #7. See Campus Map.

Safety
Everyone shares responsibility for the security of the residence hall. Propping open outside doors imposes a safety risk to everyone in the residence hall.
Please, keep your residence hall room door and vehicle locked whenever you are not present. Neither Mount St. Mary's University nor ACE provides insurance for your personal belongings. In the event of theft, contact a member of the conference staff or the ACE staff.
Campers are NOT allowed to leave campus without checking with Mr. Barry or Ms. Wright. Even if campers are in the company of their coaches or chaperones, Mr. Barry or Ms. Wright should be advised that a group is leaving campus.
Airport to Campus Transportation
The first place we have found that offers reliable transportation from BWI Airport to Mount St. Mary's University in Emmitsburg, MD is an agency called RMA Private Car Service (1-800-878-7743). According to their reservation person, you can get a sedan for 3 people with luggage to MSM for $195.30 total (it is not per person.) 4-6 people in an SUV would be $245.70 total. They meet the kids at the airport and help them with luggage and drive them to wherever, or so they say. And you would set up a return service with them when you make the reservations.
